This apartments look nice, but if something wrong with your apartment don't expect it to get fixed. Maintanice spends most of their time playing pool in clubhouse. None of the windows will open in the apartments and the parts are alwaya on back order. The office girls are really good at making excuses about why it's not fixed yet.

The staff was professional, yet very personable. Neither in telephone call or on site was there any feeling of being rushed, yet able to tell urgency in completing application as vacancies do not last. Conversation seemed to be relevant to me through the use of my name and experiences.

I would recommend though some of the amenities are not getting fix like the Dryer. It has been 6 months I think or more than that or since last year.

It is good and quiet and friendly neighborhood.

I would tell them it's ok but not great. The office personnel FREQUENTLY leaves before the posted close time making it difficult for a resident to pick up packages during the week. The gate toward the low number buildings is constantly broken and frequently left in the open position rather than getting it repaired. Site maintenance "looks" good but the bolts to the hand railings are broken and left in disreapir. Lighting is burned out and not fixed until a resident enters a ticket. These things should be maintained without resident intervention.

It is a nice area but the post service is not that good. Especially the Garbage area and the Laundry is poorly served. It takes forever for the dryer to get fix.

Its great, But the Club house need sto be open Saturday and Sunday or extend the hours of the office in the club house until 6pm

I felt that for the money, the apartments were too small.
