I like the fact that my neighbors are friendly and always willing to help. Also the maintenance staff is quick to take care of problems. The flowers growing on the property are pretty, I just wish the bushes around my apartment were actually alive!

Only if they have cats they don't wish to mutilate. Look, we all know I'm staying because of my cats, but how can I recommend a place that is such poor construction, customer service, and trashy people?
