I rented here recently.  My security deposit was not returned and no reason given despite repeated inquiries (the apartment was left in great shape).   They use a billing service to "bill" you for rent, and a fee is added to the bill for the service.  The bills were never correct.   Each unit has a washer and dryer, which is great, but mine malfunctioned on the first wash and damaged some clothes.   It took them a few weeks to get a replacement for me.   I also had an issue with a very noisy neighbor (5 people living in a tiny, 1 bdr apartment) that I could not get resolved (management was no help in the matter, even after repeated complaints).  I only rented for a short time, so I was happy to get out of there at the end of the lease.
