Never have I been so thoroughly disgusted with a management company in my LIFE! I rented from BELL Partners for YEARS and never seen such a train wreck of management and customer service as I have seen since Somerset acquired our property at Pleasant Valley Point. There's no one in the leasing office and the telephone number is now disconnected. I have to retrieve my packages from a completely different complex and they won't even give a courtesy email to let us know where to pick up our nail. There is ONE maintenance guy for 33 buildings and 1 office chic. This is utterly absurd! Stay away!
