Gaping hole in ceiling/poor management

- Building leaks from the ceiling- Management is terrible and even hung up on me- Management would not give me keys to the apartment because they messed up the credit report- My bedroom has a 12' hole in the ceiling open to the attic- My bathroom has a 3' hole in the ceiling open to the attic
