Based on the unpleasant experience I have had, I would not recommend this complex to friends or family. It is a shame, because I loved my apartment and the location of the complex when I first moved in.

The central cooling is terrible. I can't control the temperature

The office staff is always helpful however some of the tenets are less than considerate. When I first moved here it was peaceful and respectful with minimal noise. I’m not sure what happened but it’s changed dramatically. Kids are out well past 8pm. My upstairs neighbors sounds like they are bowling. I’m not sure how many ppl are up there but it’s way more than a one bedroom can accommodate. It’s always trash because these newer residents don’t care. I don’t complain because office staff can only do so much. Maintenance can only clean so much. My original neighbors have left and I’m sure they need bodies to fill the apartments. But I am no longer comfortable here

I love the location. My one bedroom is perfect for me. The front office staff is great!!

Would recommend due to affordable price!

It is entirely unacceptable that I was left without air conditioning that met tenancy law for 3 weeks! I was not offered any compensation for that time, either, despite my repeated requests for it.

For the price it is not worth it. Outside is nice, but I have been here about 4 years and the rug when I got here was ok, and has not been replaced. There are bug problems more than there should be, the air conditioner in the laundry room has not worked this summer, things are sort of fixed.
At least maintenance and office people are nice and pleasant. I don't like the two months notice because I have wanted to move closer to the lightrail but they have not been able to hold the apt because they work on a month's notice. The location is better and rent is better considering the location than these apts and bigger.

It's a good place to live

its a good location but the rent increases make it hard for a person like me on social security to continue to live here

It is close to shopping, library, post office, etc.

I like living here, I feel safe, convenient location to stores. Apartment is nice and reasonably priced. Grounds are always kept clean. My only complaint is dog poop. Everywhere. As a non pet owner I find it very unfair to always have dog poop near my patio or somewhere in the gravel that I have to see, even by the mail boxes. I wish that this could be taken more serious by management for residents who own dogs to clean up after them.

It's alright. Still have roaches and confused as to why. They don't seem to go away. I never leave food or anything like that out

Walls are too thin, I can hear everything that happens with my next door neighbors and even outside of the apartment.

Although W like the apartment. We are having problems more and more with Bugs visiting us. Living in apartments before we are aware of how difficult it is to control or remove these bugs. But as I have owned my last few houses I have grown accustom to not seeing them.
