This was a great place to live before Sunrise Management took over. It use to feel like a community with friendly staff. Previously known as Sierra Park, the staff would have holiday parties and contests for residents, they were involved with their residents. Now Sunrise took over and the office staff has changed and the focus is to make money. Absolutely changed to corporate practices and attitudes, as a resident you will not be the concern. This use to be a friendly mix of neighbors and a great deal on rent, now they are targeting students, a high turn over rate means the ability to raise rent to max, were long time residents means a small increase in rent. This is no longer a place to call home. Huge disappointment.
