The community was ordinary in appearance but acceptable. The leasing person was pleasant and natural in her presentation. She presented the community with my needs as her focus. I was indifferent regarding the idea of living in the community, but the rates were a fair exchange for the benefits offered. I could make the community work for me, but am neutral regarding a recommendation.
