The parking is an issue, when I asked the manager about parking issues, she said that according to the amount of parking spaces, everyone should have a spot at any given time, however, if I get home past 8pm, chances are that I will not find a spot and I will have to park outside in the street. It tells me that residents are parking more than 1 vehicle with out permit. This is a hassle every day.

The visitor parking situation is ridiculous. Several friends have been towed and had to pay 365$ because they didn't have a visitor pass. I also got a "ticket" for using a normal parking instead of the garage. It makes leaving and coming back a major inconvenience and difficult to have people over.

the cost is higher, which makes it difficult for some to afford. There is also major parking issues on weekends.

The place is being overtaken by dog owners with barking dogs. Tha area around the pool is a dog relief area that gets heavily used.
