The Service Manager, Bryan, is great! He takes great care in meeting my needs and assuring my satisfaction.

I have lived here for 7 years and I am very happy here. The only thing that I don't like is that the rent is raised almost every year. There should be some incentive to resign a yearly lease.

WOULD: If they have children, or could tolerate the noise from the pool area, this is a GREAT place to live.

The apartments used to be a better value because we were getting equity credits we could use to buy a home, 20% of our rent's worth. The new owners dont do that so its not as good a value. On top of that, they are raising the already high rent with no added value.

The pool is nice, except the hours were changed to 9am - 10pm. It used to be 5am - 11pm. Those were much better hours.

Smoke detectors are overly sensitive.

No real conciquences for the neighbors who are noisy, loud at 11pm-2am in the morning. The environment all together is an 8 out of 10, but the "RUDE" neighbors who don't respect others and the time they make noise makes this place unsettling and annoying. My wife's 19 weeks pregnant and I've had to ask several neighbors several times to stop slamming doors at 11-2am, I mean WHY?

Way too expensive and need updating without raising rents more than they already have.

The apartments are spacious, fully equipped, the community is gated, the parking garage protects vehicles from the elements, the pool is large enough to swim laps, and downtown Concord is in walking distance.
The only negative is the noise from the street, other buildings, etc.

This place is in a convenient location. The amenities provided are good. The landscape is well maintained.

Leaseing needs are not flexable.

My apartment I just moved into smells like smoke.

the expense. it was also not explained that we would be responsible for all utilities when we first rented. i found it out reading the lease. when asked how much that would entail, i was told $70 at most. it´s been near $100 every month.

Very quiet, convenient to everything, also almost everything within walking distance.
