I would strongly recommend if it wasn't so expensive.

Tanglewood is a really good place to live! Whether you're a student, professional, or family. The community and surrounding stores will fit all your needs.

Although we like the new staff, it is difficult to say whether we would recommend this apartment. The price is high and with the change in how garbage and water is now charged, it creates an even higher monthly living expense. We moved to Tanglewood mainly because of its pet policy which has now changed as well. We will have to take a wait and see stance before we would feel comfortable in recommending Tanglewood to anyone.

Way too expensive. Water/Sewage/Trash insanely over priced. (Most apartments in Davis pay for it or charge a flat rate)

Cost for value.

It would depend on their financial situation and how tolerant they are to noise. I would not recommend a first floor apartment.

The community is great, just really expensive.

This apartment has a lot to offer and I have received plenty of compliments by friends that the apartment looks very nice with the patio(although it is not very much used) and that the 2 room apartment we withhold is pretty big.
