We have done so in the past and this complex has made us regret it. Friends and family who have rented because of our recommendation have had to deal with things breaking or not functioning in the apartment and not being fixed and a rude front office.

We would recommend because the apartment is in a central locations easy access to freeways and stores, etc.
Why I wouldn't recommend is because parking is bad and there isn't any visitor parking spots in the parking lot. No visitor parking has caused our family to not be able to fellowship in our home.

My friends and family deserve better then this.

For the amount of money charged for the units, one would expect better than what you actually get. Cabinets and counters with poor veneer jobs.

i told people what i pay for rent, they all say rent is a house payment.

I would recommend becuase it is in a great area & the neighbors are quiet & child friendly

I did recommend it to give people the first month they came on tours and hated it and Said their too pushy like car sales men

The area is safe and usually quiet. The only problem is living on the first floor and a family is on the 2nd floor. Although carpeted, you can hear kids & dogs running around.

I have recommend the apartments PWC to many people but I always tell them make sure the carpet is what you want before you sign the lease.

Don't like the area more space better carpet the walls need color .update the appliances

I once recommended the complex to a family member, during a promotional event, they submitted our name for the bonus program, but management never followed through on their end.

the place is quiet and clean

As far as apartments go, it is great....but living without a washer/dryer in the unit is NOT great.

The apartment community is something I do recommend especially to seniors and to co-workers and my work.

There are better places in better parts of town for less where you get more.
