Although Sherwood is a very pleasant and convenient place to live, I find the rent too high to recommend to others.

Quiet overall and we feel safe here. Parking at night is a disaster but overall we like it here. Would recommend...cost is our biggest concern.

The fees. The unknown rent price each month. The gate. I don't feel it's a good value. I'm already looking elsewhere to live.

Concerns with maintenance would be my greatest concern. Staff and apartment Complex per se is great! Maintenance staff after I first moved in and who had to come connect water fixtures, water pipes, bath and kitchen connections, microwave, stove and dryer replacements, actually created scratches and damage to the new appliancess and created new wall ding, gouges, paint problems while performing maintenance.

Good location. I like that there are garages. There haven't been any concerns for my safety since moving here. My part of the complex seems to be quiet.
