The community was very impressive from the moment I drove into the community. The apartments all look like condominiums and were very spacious. The leasing professional who had helped me was very kind and had a great attitude, The leasing professional made me feel comfortable throughout the tour and made sure to identify all of my needs.

initially I had to pay more on deposits in which as a military veteran and government employee for over a decade I never had too pay more deposit cost at any prior living facilities.

The amount of parking offered not just in garages but in outdoor spaces are insufficient compared to amount of people living here. And the garage door noises all day and all night you can hear them very loudly in the apartments it makes it hard to sleep

Its clean, gated, secure, office personnel and maintenance crew are friendly and very quick to respond

This complex is amazing. Maintenance is fast, accurate, and professional. The office staff are very helpful. We're currently experiencing parking lot resurfacing. There is some inconvenience, but the staff is keeping us informed and it's on-time. They could not have handled it any better.

Gnats I’m sinks, garbage can in garage smells and seems unsanitary. I would expect higher quality finishes for the high cost of rent. Staff are great.
