The price for the area Is expensive. I am from Orange County so it is worth it to me but people in Hanford maybe not so.

Unless you want to hear dogs barking all day, smell dog poop when its hot out, and listen to mariachi music until midnight blasting from the pool area, no. This property will not be recommended by me.

The community is ok for the most part. The lack of a keypad for your guest or food delivers is extremely inconvenient. Anytime someone comes over I have to walk out of my apartment and half way across the complex just to get the gate to open with a clicker. I don’t understand why there still has not been a keypad put into place. Everyone I’ve talked to hates that there is not one here. Also the hours that the office are inconvenient for anyone who works in a military command that deploys. We do not have the lunch of leaving work early to deal with paperwork or anything else that us to be done in person. Closing at six when the majority of us work from 7am to 5 or 6pm is inconvenient. Plus the 30min drive it takes to get to Hanford from the base. Being open at least one day on the weekend would be great. There are tons of other complexes that are open until 12 on Saturday. I have friends that wanted to move here but went else where because they couldn’t get off work during the week.

New construction in a nice part of town. Well maintained.

This was a newer community in a newly developed part of town that offered a nice place to call home. The agent was fantastic.

The apartments have very nice features and the community is peaceful/friendly.

I would over all recommend a friend or family member to these apartment. The only thins is the increase in rent doesn't Settle well with us

This community and apartment were modern, clean and immaculate. The leasing professional was courteous and informative. Additionally, the amenities such as the pool and fitness room were modern and similar to a resort.

I feel safe here, it’s quiet

Reported loud neighbors. Received talk from staff but no action. Neighbors continued to be obnoxiously loud during early morning (2-3am).

I would recommend is solely due to the quietness and security of the gates but I would also not recommend it due to the price of rent.

I love the professional experience of office, especially Onie, he always has a welcoming smile on his face and spends the time to answer all questions !

I would be happy living there. The community had a full list of amenities that were in great condition.
