Huntington Breakers has an ideal location, but beyond that, there isn't much else to say that is positive.  Literally 85% of my neighbors smoke (which is normal for this apartment complex) and there is no AC, so when I must keep my window open in the summer my apartment smells like smoke.  Constantly.  There is a reason turnover is so high at this complex...its a horrible place to live.  Also the buildings are so close together, they are almost on top of each other.  Sometimes I feel like I'm living in the projects.  The walls are paper thin, and if you have noisy dogs as neighbors, the barking can become incessant.  Beware...beyond location there are no other benefits to this complex.
