As a real customer, I would have rented this place in a heartbeat. The customer service provided by this agent was exceptional.

These apartments are not very friendly and so so noisy, you can hear EVERYTHING from neighboring apartments especially if you have someone living above you and if you contact office staff, all they say is that it is apartment living and cannot do anything about it, very disappointed, wanted to retire here because they look very nice, but not the place to retire.

The community features were exceptional. I could tell there was great pride in the upkeep and cleanliness of the community also. The location of both the apartment the leasing professional showed me and the proximity to restaurants, parks, shopping and trails was very desirable.

This community provided great attention to detail in the apartment and in the community overall. The grounds were meticulously manicured. The apartment was spacious and well laid out. There were raised panel doors throughout, and the wall had rounded corners. The common areas were beautifully decorated and maintained.

I was satisfied with the Leasing Professional's presentation within the community as well as the apartment. She took her time to show me inside and outside the community with acknowledging if I was following her, if I like it . At every part we did a tour she was actively engaging in conversation with me not just telling me about the features pointing how convenient the appliances were and how beautiful, nice and quiet community is, but always asking me what do I think . It makes me feel that she wants to know if I like it or not.
