New construction is not the same as luxury. This is not a luxury building but simply a new building. There are no luxury features like would be expected - SAFE package delivery, SAFE bike storage, fully functioning elevators and doors, SAFE access controlled entries, clean smelling pool/hot tub; these are all bare minimum items required especially of any luxury community.
