Would not because the price for what you get. Nerdy bougie tech people neighbors I didn't get to know anyone and no one seemed interested.
We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your time at Novo. It is a pretty quit community here which i know is not for everyone. We appreciated your residency and glad you were happy with the service you received from the office and maintenance. We hope you found the right fit for you with your next home.

Security and regular smoke/weed smell in hallways and in unit.

We always address all issues here at Novo. We have a great courtesy patrol here who address all concerns that may come up which since we are a quite community we rarely have any issues that arise here.

The amenities are not functioning as expected
Hi,
We apologize that sometimes things will come up with the amenities when they are used on a daily basis. We always address all issues immediately when we are notified and unforutnately some of them will take longer to fix with there being a world wide pandemic and parts taking longer to get in with certain hold ups. We are always here to address any issues that come up and get them resolved as soon as possible. If you ever need anything let us know and we will be glad to assist.

Everything is neutral and fits basic needs, tough to call it luxury living for the price.

Visitor parking is virtually non-existing, upstairs neighbors can be heard all the time, during the shelter in place we lost access to the amenities while still paying the same every month, dog park isnât cleaned as much as it should, our emotional support animal process has been in limbo for a few months.
I understand the frustration with the amenity spaces being closed. We are actually in process of getting all the areas opened for its normal hours again but still promoting the required social distance. The Novo Team will definitely do better in overseeing the dog park to assist with hopefully preventing unwanted particles left in the area.
As for your emotional support pet, I am sorry to hear that are still waiting for confirmation. It looks like our system has you processed with no pet fee starting 9/20/2020. Was the pet a new addition prior to that date? Was there pending paperwork that you might be waiting from us?

Appliances, lack of amenities, lack of resident privacy, mix up of bills, missing packages.

Rate seems high, utility bills high too, not all amenities are available.
