Things have changed in just a year, New Management who doesn't do anything, he only communicates with you via putting a note on your do, He doesn't mediate, if you have a problem with your neighbor he tells you to settle it he's not getting involved, he allows certain tenants break the rules, smoke where you want, put foil in all of your windows (like a meth lab) walk ways never wash off, slowly tearing out all bushes and flowers and just leave dirt, easier for the gardner, it's a mess here.
