The overall curb appeal and interior apartments are have a "new" look, but the one bedroom apartment is very small.
The on site property manager has some issues. Although there is pride in her work, she has overstepped her boundaries more than a few time and been curt, inflexible and condescending towards the senior members here.
Government intrusion is another factor. Every 3 - 6 months there is an inspection or unit bug spraying and a few times hot water issues.

I'd like to give this place a better review but I can't.
