I have lived at Rocklin Manor for a year and a half. The buildings have character and are in a convenient location, close to 1-80, shopping, and food. The only draw back is that since it is right next to Sierra College, there are a lot of students (which means parties and extra noise), but we have a security company that helps enforce quiet hour, and the current management is friendly & helpful.
