Every community has a few hiccups but we still love this for many reasons.

Would not. The office personnel does very minimum of meeting the tenant's need. Whatever requires more work, they will not do.

Price is a little high for a 2 bd. Windows and sliding door are older and not in great shape. Remodeled bathrooms showers are low quality in fit and finish. Floors construction in apt feels hollow and vibrates a lot for downstairs tenant.

I tell people about this place all the time. I usually mention the great staff, pretty landscape and cute apartments.

There are things we’ve asked to be addressed that have gone on record, but we’ve not had any follow up. It will be four years in oct, and we’ve been pretty happy, but sometimes being in the very back of the complex it seems like we’re neglected with our upkeep,as we’re not as visible. there are no rocks to protect our outside, and it was only recently that we got wood chips over our very lame landscaping. Now the rain has washed a lot of them away, I would prefer havong rocks, like most of the complex. It is visually more appealing, plus it is a major deterrent for anyone wanting to climb into our first floor windows.

It's a rip off for what you get. You can rent a house for the same price or less.

For the most part things are ok. Far too many night a week there is use of the hot after hours and many times lasts until 3 or 4 am. Many times there is not enough parking spots in the immediate area of my apartment.
Neighbors above us are noisy a lot after 10 pm.
Barking dogs at night are a nuisance.

It’s a poor renovation, I’ve had to have my tub painted and I need it painted again. Some things I’ve voiced concerns about I’ve been told “ that’s just how it is” the walls are thin I hear everything next to me MY NEIGHBOR SNORES and I can even hear those above me flush the toilet .

Safety is my number on priority and I don’t feel comfortable here.

Great place to live mostly quiet peaceful everything is taken care of

My first six months of living in my apartment were a nightmare. The upstairs neighbor had 2 dogs (3 towards the end of their lease) which barked and ran around at all times of day and night. A dogs nails on hardwood floor doesn't sound good for a downstairs neighbor. I complained several times to management, but nothing could be done. It seems as though there are no repercussions for being a noisy neighbor, at least from my perspective. My lease stated that there was a weight limit on pets, which my upstairs nieghbor's dog far exceeded. However, since the dog was a companion type pet this requirement is not adhered to. I was happy for them to have moved out only for the person above me to have a barking animal(s) as well. I did speak with her and she's trying to help out and is by far less of a nuisance than my old neighbor, but it's just not something I would ever want a friend or family member to have to experience.

I feel safe here, any maintenance has been taken care of almost immediately, there have been upgrades since I've been here. The reason why I don't recommend is the price we pay
