Been here for a year. Inadequate attempts to repair or address complaints about units. No heat, shoddy carpeting ( stepped on a nail twice ), lack of hot water when showering ( who wants a cold shower during the winter), limited options on cable provider ( owner must have stock in twc since that's all we are allowed to have), electrical issues, outlets do not properly hold plugs, the list can go on.
