This unique student housing concept is enticing and modern.

The community had a lot of amenities and looked to be a fun place to live. The leasing professional was sincere and seemed genuinely interested in showing me the community and apartment.

The community was filled with superb and clean amenities that were fantastic. The pool area was large with lots of nooks for socializing and comfort. The fitness center had a wide range of machines and included a tanning bed. The home theater room was excellent and looked quite comfortable. The apartment was more spacious than I had expected. Living there would be superb.

As a student, I would LOVE living in the community. It was outstanding and simply beautiful.

The community was very hostile and the floors in the building is rarely cleaned.

This was an excellent community that offered everything you could possible need or want. The consultant was very professional while still being friendly. He knew his product and was very confident without being obnoxious. He talked about his family and himself and asked questions about us and our family. He is a very talented young man.

If I were a student at SDSU, I would love living here. It seemed secure and provides all the amenities that you could expect for the price. It also had a pretty good community feel to it. It is close to the college, had a lot of transportation options. If I actually were a mother looking for housing for a son or daughter, I would feel pretty good about them living here. I would have no reservations about referring this community to others.

It was a beautiful community. It had all the amenities a student would want. It had courtesy patrol, gated parking, a roommate matching service, pool, jacuzzi and movie theater. The building was new. The furnished apartment's decor was modern. All of the utilities were included in the rent price. It seemed perfect for a student to live in.

This community was a student's heavenly abode, very classy, full of color and energy.

This is a very unique property offering a wide range of costs to live in a very attractive place with other young people. I liked it and would recommend it to anyone who wanted student housing near SDSU.
