I have in the past and constantly recommend this place for friends and family. However, because of the prices, many have decided to move into something a little bit less expensive.

Parking situation is bad. Apt above makes too much noise. Between the creaking floors and noisy neighbor it is irritating. Not sure if all apts are like this?

Other than the parking situation (I walk from the back of the complex to the front to get to my car and lack of visitor parking) everything else is very good.

I feel safe. Good value. Great management. Beautiful place to live.

Our unit is great! I love it! But I would warn people about the lack of parking and the potential for rent increases every year

I would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments to family, friends, or anyone else if the limited parking situation would be resolved.
