I am here because I really like the complex but like many others I remain here because of other circumstances I am waiting on.The owners most times change out managers every 2-3 years so hopefully that issue will resolve soon.

noise from delivery trucks in shopping mall in early morning , excessive heat in upstairs apartments. Moved from upstairs to downstairs and more comfortable with this situation.

Most of my friends cannot afford the monthly rent.

The quiet atmosphere is perfect for students in my intensive program.

The price is pretty high and we mostly choose this apartment because of location. Our peers would be hard pressed to pay the monthly rent and deal with such little space. But we save a lot on commute because we are both close to work.

Price and unfriendliness

The price doesn't reflect properly on what I receive as a resident.
