Once again price is the only real thing that brings it down to just Likely.

I love the feeling of the community, quiet and very friendly, but the guest parking is an issue. With minimal spots for family visiting to park at they are left to search for a spot in outlying communities.

It is a very modern facility and the apartments themselves are quiet. Outside can be noisy, though, at times. Staff is not proactive in maintaining the property. My greatest issue is the dirty stairs and hallways that should be cleaned with some sort of cleanser regularly.

Parking issues would deter me from referring to friends.

The rent is too high

Too many rowdy college kids living here. Kind of like "luxury dorms." Especially during summer, it gets loud due to a lot of parties. Also, just young, disrespectful college kids are loud in general and don't respect the property. A lot of trash littered in hall ways, parking lot, etc.
