The best renting point is the washer and dryers in each unit.

The ever increasing rent and deterioration of the living space would be a concern.

If other units are updated as they are being turned......I would definitely recommend the community. But if they are "as is" I would not. Again, the stove and dishwashers HAVE TO GO! IT'S TIME!!!

The lack of air conditioning and dated kitchen (especially cabinets) makes it difficult to recommend to others.

Too expensive for what it is. I feel like I'm an I convince when I call to have something fixed.

Older units wish cost was lower

I would recommend because the location is great, and the neighbors are really good.

Internet connection is a big concern.

The fitness center, the lack of dog poop stations, the small washer/dryer. You could do better in San Diego for the amount it costs to live here.

I actually have recommended this apartment to a friend and she lived here for 1.5 years.

Although our experiences have not been great here there are some things about the complex I do appreciate. Such as- the close proximity to the high school. If some circumstances were different this would be a lovely place to live at
