This is a horrible place to live. The walls, ceilings, and floors are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors (and their kids) all day and night. Plus, the hallways are never cleaned or maintained. The hallway carpets are stained and dirty, the paint is marked on the hallway walls, and the paint is chipping off of the stairwell floors. Even the areas they have "remodeled" just have some new paint slopped over the old (they even painted over old signs still attached to the wall), unpainted floor boards they never finished, and broken light fixtures. Every time I walk out of my apartment it's a mess. Plus, even though it is a no smoking complex, people smoke in their apartments and on the balconies. The place reeks of smoke.
