The complex offers a variety of amenities including in-unit washer/dryer, gym, pool and spa, pet friendly and garage parking. The square footage of the units is good. It is very quiet at night. There are a lot of children in the complex with no place to play but in the parking lot. The maintenance people are quick, efficient and pleasant. The office staff is friendly. The location is great, across the street from shopping and a block from I-5. Overall, the complex is good, but a bit pricey.
