Based on my experience, the thought of calling this community home was comforting. I felt that what the community offered in exchange for the rental rate was reasonable. I enjoyed the nice, calm, quiet community, but I was not impressed by the agent. He seemed more interested in renting the place than connecting to me. I had mixed feelings about him being late for my appointment and talking with me at a table in the area for guests versus his desk. I would want to look at other places, since I really did not feel welcomed here.
