Parking issues. Rude and unhelpful staff. Dirty laundry room, w often broken washers or dryers. Dirty and old BBQ grills. Overpriced monthly rent.

I would not recommend this apartment complex due to the management and office staff.

I was more eager to recommend this complex during my first year here. Now it seems that the occupancy has shifted and my neighbors aren't the best. Rules about pets are not enforced making my experience here less than ideal.

Paying too much for the size and the general upkeep just isn't at the level that it should be

Cons - Parking is definitely an issue. The gym and laundry rooms aren't 24 hours. People are allowed to smoke cigarettes in their homes. Carpets are dirty. Pros - walk in closets, nice countertops, big rooms, lots of space, nice patios, everyone is pretty friendly. Close to the freeway, costco, shopping centers, etc.

This place is just like any other large apartment complex, devoid of any life.

The location is nice, but the amenities could use some improvement. If those were fixed, I would recommend this place to the community.

The cost - I feel that we pay for the same service we have always received. The rent has increased by the service/amenities have not changed

Would because is convenient, closed to areas.
Would Not Because Of cleaning less, parking spaces, kids proper play areas, pool not heat it

Would because office personal has been nice, and apartment are in a convenient location.
Would not because parking spaces, not clean laundry room, swimming pool is not heat it pool, playground area not big enough. To much dog poop in lawn areas.

Not enough parking and they tow cars way to early from uncovered spots.

I think this is a great place for couples or singles..... But I don't think I would want to raise my kids here.

They could get more for less somewhere else

I have been able to deal with the problem of roaches by plugging every crevice in the apartment besides the front door. But, with all these bushes out here I think it's an issue and I wouldn't recommend because of that. I know not all apartments here have the problem. Only certain areas.

Overall, it's a safe and comfortable place to live at.
