Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator
The staff was nice but I felt like they were occupied with something else going on and I was a distraction.

A pretty good place to live.
For the money, less than desireable.
Exterior, very attractive. Interior, poorly painted, filthy carpet, low quality appliances. Few people pick up after their animals. Front office staff incompetent. Automatic online payment system is undependable (utility balance does not show on due date)

Asst Manager need to move every two to three years, so that new energy can give better result.

Its a great place to live just needs a little work. parking is the worst, but everything else is ok i guess

Good apartments, very spacious, friendly helpful staff, poor maintenance response time, fitness center has broken equipment and missing weights, pool is seasonal and hot tub is constantly broken
Okay Place
It is pleasant atmosphere and nice staff. However when it comes to helping out a situation that could use a understanding they do not seem to relay onto the owners or upper management the concerns of the good paying tenants. I would live here and will continue living here until I feel it necessary to leave.

They state that the pool is open all year round and it is not. They remodeled the office instead of updating apartments that need to be upgraded. The windows in most of the apartments and doors cold air comes in around them in the winter time. The painter s they hired to paint the buildings did a poor job.

Overall decent, however with the amount of rent, the clubhouse should be available for use along with the theater. Been a resident for over a year and the theater is still inoperable. Quite disappointed.

I agree with you on our amenities and I can let you know we are budgeted to have the theater up and running this year. We have been in contact with the technician who has to come out and fix the wiring (we originally thought it was the projector bulb). I can let you know we are in the process of getting it operational, we want it to be in use as much as you do! We will keep the residents updated on the status.

They never tell you when you receive packages.

We have 468 apartment homes here with people receiving packages daily. It is the sender's responsibility to notify you if there is a package and we recommend checking the tracking numbers as we get at least 20 packages daily.

These are nice apartments with spacious floor plans. They are a dish only community, which could possibly be a deal breaker.
We are contracted with Direct T.V. and also offer Dish Network as another option. If you are looking for a Comcast community then yes I could understand how this would be a deal breaker. Please let me know if there is anything I can help you with regarding this issue.
