I can't get access to the gym. Office staff does not reply to my messages and when I stop in person to the office, they do not follow through on what they say.

The apartment is beautiful but the walls are thin and the apartment is falling apart

Staff is amazing, early move out policy is insane, pay a fee and then possibly keep paying rent to.... Not cool at all

Desperately needs updating

I love the apartments. I just don't like trying to find parking spots

I would not unless they were desperate. The rate you pay for the condition of the grounds and units and the fact they are older and you can hear and smell from other units they might as well find someone nicer and pay the same rate. Windows and trim are old, any maintenance done is poor craftsmanship and just painted over without replacement or repair. Look at your exterior and trim.

Parking continues to be a problem. Continuing the remodeling is a must.

The snow removal is ridiculous. Not shoveling sidewalks, snow being plowed onto sidewalks from the parking lot. When asked we were told by the maintenance staff that snow removal “wasn’t their responsibility

I have to say since Rachel started working there (New Manager) I have seen changes and it is for the better. My lease is up in a month and I will be glad to get out of the complex. It is so noisy!

I would recommend it because grounds are clean, and the apt is comfortable. I really wish there were more grilling stations.
