I would recommend because I think it is a nice place with professional and courteous staff. I am not "strong" because I prefer quieter setting.

They are becoming slightly over priced as they do not offer as much amenities as some surrounding communities. The grounds have REALLY gone down hill. There is hardly any grass anywhere. Where they replaced the grass with gravel looks terrible.

I think it is a great area and a great apartment, however, the increase on rent every year is not to my liking and is causing me to move. I'm paying over $100 more than when I originally moved in and have to put up with excessive noise from my neighbors that has never been addressed

The upkeep on the gates and driveways could use a lot of work. There have been potholes in the check in area in front of the gate for over a year. The gates are always breaking.

They are nice apartments close to everything, but the overall management of the apartments/property has seemed to be lacking and neglectful. So I am unsure if I would recommend someone else moving in.

I have already recommended two different people currently living at the Crescent. However, the recent rent increases make it difficult for the Crescent to stand out. Whereas over the last year, they were lower than most surrounding apartments.

parking and access you have two back gates but only one with pedestrian access which makes retrieving cars a hassle

Overall, I like living here. There are just a handful of things I do not like: frequent barking, areas of disrepair, small size of pool space...
