The apartments were gorgeous inside, but because they did not have central AC it was a turn off, especially in the summer time.

There were elevators in every building, which was convenient. I liked the indoor pool and hot tub.

The agent I met with was very pleasant and friendly. The community looked nice, though there was nothing that really stood out. I would recommend this community to my family and friends.

The community was clean and well maintained. It did not appeal to me knowing I had to walk to the sister community to use the workout room or pool.

Was very disappointed in rental options in this price range until I found this place. Apartments and grounds are well maintained, management is obviously putting money back into the property. The difference between what is offered in this part of Denver/Aurora doesn't even come close to Dayton Crossing.
Love my place, other residents, and especially the day-to-day management team. Very responsive, very caring. I will be extending my lease when the time comes.

The community offers upgraded apartments in a central location. I may or may not recommend to others.

This community has a great variety of amenities. It has a good amount of open space with a park type of atmosphere.

The leasing professional stated that he worked at the corporate office, and he worked at different locations as needed. He knew a lot of details about the property and did not let the fact that he was kind of new to the property did not hamper him at all.
