I like that the building is modern and there are amenity options. I feel like there are commonly problems with amenities and that we are paying a lot extra for them when they don't work or get used. I like the location of the building and I think the sky lounge is nice. For the most part, it is a quiet place and walls are pretty sounds proof. The ceilings are not though and I constantly hear my upstairs neighbors moving around.

The increased price paid compared to other apartments in the area is due to the amenities, but many of the amenities are not working or are in disrepair. Therefor, I cannot fully recommend this building.

We have not had a heated pool since last aoril. I had to beg for umbrellas in the pool area. It took 2 months to get them. Nothing works in the pool area and hasnt for a LONG time.
The tvs have not worked by the pool area in over a year. The hallways look awful. They started work on it last april and just stopped. Pictures are gone in when you get out of the elevators. This WAS a luxury apartment but its not anymore. When paul was here everything was working properly.

If rent was lower to reflect the concerns I’ve listed above and more consistent maintenance for the common areas and maintenance I’d recommend it, but based on 2 years of living here I would likely tell people to look elsewhere.

Would not because the high amenity utility bills that should be covered by the sky high rents, parking is too much and again should be included. The property is often run down and not repaired

I would not unfortunately we have had numerous car break ins 2 for our cars and numerous at the complex, I added it up complex makes 20k minium a month just on parking space fees and yet refuse to put cameras up.
