Apartment is full of people who do not pick up after their dogs. Needed the exterminator three times for the four mice I had. I had to catch one of them myself. Waterfront also increases rent, and over charged me for my last month there. I had to contact numerous people to get my money back. I also lost a 1/3 of my deposit after I was told my apartment was good to go after the final walk through. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
