The monthly rental rate is too high in relation to the unit amenities, but I understand it’s in keeping with the market rates in Denver. The noise level from the upstairs neighbors is terrible, and I’ve heard the same from other renters. Love the location of the building!

I would recommend this property and have recommended it to others because it is safe, beautiful, engaging and an all around great place to live. The office staff and maintenance staff are always professional, happy, courteous and just overall nice. I especially enjoy the community events.

I would recommend because of the parking garage, nice floor plan, and 10 foot ceilings. I would not recommend because of the excessive amount of noise I hear from the tenant upstairs.

With all the dogs and frequent incessant barking and dog waste, it sometimes feels like living at the Humane Society or a dog kennel.
