Parking lot is always a sheet of ice by my apartment. I have to walk in the snow on the grass in order to get to my building safely. The woman in the community center is also very rude every time I pick up a package. The leasing staff always carries on with their personal conversations even though they notice when someone walks in. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before I was helped. Also the walls are very thin and so are the ceilings. You can hear EVERYTHING which leads to multiple noise complaints on every end.
