Quick turn around when you request something to be fixed, however, super thin walls. I can hear my upstairs neighbor cough and when her cell phone rings while it is on vibrate. Also, I notified the office that someone was parked in my space and after 3 days of following up with them because the car was still there they just put a note on the car. This same car has parked in my space many times and is never towed. Someone drove a car thru the fence over a month ago and no one has fixed it. There are often emergency vehicles here for random reasons. The people in the office for the most part are snooty and only want to help certain types of people, everyone else is wrong! The apartments cost too much for such poor service.
