Hi I use to leave in apartment 1316 and when I moved out gave 2 month notice in March 2014 but still till June I am paying. They don't have fair rental policy . Even if you give 2 month notice they will rent other apartment and try to make pay you till your lease expire. Also one of my friend apartment water pipe burst out and he had to pay complete damage.
In the winter I use to complain the heater is not working but they will come and go. Leasing office staff is so rude they will not pick up your phone and always make false promise. They will tell yes the service will be done on Monday but no body will come and you have to follow 3 or 4 times. Staff are very rude.
