I rented here for over a year. When I informed them I was moving out they told me I had to paint the place. Which I did and paid for the paint and the labor. I also asked if they would do a walk through and they refused. The maintenance guy said the place was spotless and there was nothing else that needed to be done. We vacuumed and cleaned everything. They took the entire deposit because the bill I received showed they charged me for cleaning and painting. I have never been lied to before like this. They have been so dishonest that I can't believe people can be so underhanded and mean. How can they do that and get away with it.
