I believe that the community would be really nice one it was completed. The floor plans were really nice and once all the renovations were finished, I thought it would be a great place to live. The photos online looked spacious and bright, but it would all change. I liked that water was included in the rental rate and for families with children, there was free after school care. I believe that I could be very happy living there.

It was hard to offer a judgment. I felt the leasing agents could have been friendly and taken the opportunity to give a good impression of the community, even with a waiting list and nothing to show. They seemed absolutely uninterested in getting anyone new interested in the apartments, though. The second agent with blonde hair, whose name I could not get, was at least polite and friendly enough during the brief encounter. I felt dismissed by my telephone agent, however.

The leasing professional was polite, but seemed a bit rushed. Since there were no available apartments at the time I was treated with a lackadaisical attitude. I had to ask for information. I was not offered a tour of the community.

This was a beautiful property. There was a very peaceful quality to the complex due to all the mature trees. This was a well maintained complex. The apartments were spacious and clean. This was a very good value and in a central location.

The community was in a great location with very friendly staff. It had an afternoon club for kids after school which I thought was great as well as a playground.

This location was large and had a nice children's program. It had nice large apartments and was well maintained. It was located in a good part of town. The community had nice amenities.

The apartments at the community did not have balconies. The community seemed to have a nice atmosphere. There was after school care, a play area, a pool, and a volleyball court.

This community is like a resort. The grounds would be the first thing that would catch your eye. The amenities are there for you to enjoy and make you feel like home. Its location is in the midst of shopping malls, movies, entertainment, and restaurants. This is a place you can call home.
