Beautiful community that is affordably priced with spacious apartments and amenities.

My overall impression of the community regarding the outside features was, good everything was in working conditions. The staff member was very professional and nice.

The community is gorgeous and has all the amenities one needs to live in a beautiful apartment, near everything.

When one thinks of low income property, you would never expect it to look like this property. It seemed to be nicely preserved and taken care of. The staff seemed nice and friendly. It must be nice to have a high occupancy rate.

The tour was rushed and the amenities were dated. I am not sure if I would recommend this community.

This is a nicely maintained, low income community. The apartments viewed were spacious and nicely laid out.

I was not impressed at all. I think the agent could have been a little more interested in getting to know me, so that she could have offered the apartment. The upkeep of the grounds was poor. There were grills and bikes everywhere.

The community was well located near entertainment, various eateries, hospital and medical facilities. It was nestled back into the city where single family residences were the majority and offered a true home like atmosphere. The size of the apartment was a value for the money. The solariums were a plus and brought bright daylight into the home. My personal needs would be well fulfilled at Osprey Ridge.

The Leasing Professional was great. She was very friendly and professional. The tour of the community was very well presented.

I felt good about the whole experience. The leasing professional was friendly and seemed to care about helping me. She did identified with my needs. She created excitement about my getting a chance to lease in the community.
