The leasing professional was talented. She was also engaging and professional. She developed a rapport with me and demonstrated the apartment, and community well. The apartment was nice, the community seemed mature but was not tattered. It would be a nice place to reside.

I would consider it as an option. The community offers a great service to those in need of more that just a home. The facilities and amenities fit that of the elderly and disabled, as well as those just wanting the extra services available.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and level of maintaining of the property. The people I saw seemed to be enjoying the various activities going on during my tour. The model was nicely furnished and appealing. The Concord team member was polite and sincerely interested in impressing me with the property. The common areas were all well maintained inside and outside.

The community used to be a facility offered to 55 and over and I could tell. I would recommend my mom to live there. I thought it would fit her needs. I did not see young people living there. It was very quiet in there. To me, it had a nursing home quality to it.

The community had a lot to offer. It was quite loud, and for this type of community I feel quiet is good. It had a lot to offer and the price was good.

The community seemed like a hotel. The apartments are all indoors, and there are amenities similar to what is offered at a hotel. It did not have a cozy or homey feel. It appeared to be in disrepair due to the holes in the wall from the missing television and the stains on the carpet. The music was playing loud hip hop that made it hard to hear the leasing agent while she was talking to me. It would make a good temporary or very low maintenance living situation but would not be ideal for someone who likes the ability to have a private entrance or some privacy from their neighbors.

The property was a complete package deal, with the added convenience of a courtesy bus for the residents. There was a friendly, professional staff that treated its residents like friends, not just people.

There was a very minor odor associated with an older facility and older building. A streak on the first floor hallway was in need of attention. The on-site professional was above average in her professional and personable presentation. I felt very welcome at this facility.

The model apartment was spacious and I liked the open space. The hallways made it feel like hotel living, but I did like they way residents were able to decorate their doorway entrance. The amenities were nice, and the community provided a lot of activities for the residents. The community did offer a lot for the money.

Everything was above average. I felt however that the rent was a little high for controlled rent as it is not that much lower than non rent controlled.
