I like the apartment, however I don't use all the amenities that come with it. I also think that the rules are not reinforced properly.. Sending multiple emails about what people should and shouldn't do won't make them follow. Maybe if the selection of the residents was better, I'd consider staying longer.

apartment size are good - staff amazing - why not ? - too expensive and people do not clean after their dog.

The neighbors are a nightmare, the emails are poorly written and verge on unprofessional, security does not answer phone calls, the appliances do not work, the unit is overpriced.

the community is nice but i would recommend the penthouse for singles, roommates, and for families with older kids. not families with younger kids

Discúlpenme, pero ya deben saber lo que realmente no está funcionando en esta comunidad. Realmente es un lugar muy lindo para vivir, pero hay ciertas personas que no les gusta cuidar y regirse por las reglas para poder vivir en comunidad, valga la rebundamcia.
