The Club At Eustis is a very nice community with well maintained landscape and well care for buildings. The clubhouse and staff were very inviting. The work out room was clean with new equipment. Even though it was windy and cool the day I was there, the pool was clean and ready to go. The apartment was roomy and had a lot of updated finishes from the granite counter tops and newer appliances and washer and dryer. All and all, a very nice place to call home.

Overall, it was a good impression and the place seemed nice. The amenities were good but the gym was a little small. They also offered programs for the children.

The community itself was clean and was kept up well. I did not get a close look at many amenities, and there was not an apartment to view, so my opinions here are more neutral than anything. The leasing agent was mostly natural, pleasant and engaging other than toward the end when he flip-flopped on me and told me the third floor was better than the first floor because the first floor was prone to floods (this was after he earlier tried to sell me the first floor unit).

The agent was pleasant and sincere. She did not have an apartment to show me so she used a picture book to represent the community and apartment. No tour of the amenities and grounds was offered.

It was a beautiful sunny day, and a good day for viewing apartments. The grounds were beautiful and well-kept. The pool was clean and sparkling and the outdoor play area was also clean and appeared to be well maintained. There was a shopping center a block away with a Publix, Bealls, Hair Cuttery, Hallmark store, and other shops, so that was certainly an advantage. There were also nearby restaurants on the main highway.

The community was very appealing. The parking area was clean and in good shape. The buildings all appeared to be in good shape and well maintained as was the pool and the other amenities. For the value this was a nice place to live. I would not hesitate to lease from the leasing agent or the community.

The community appeared neat and well maintained. It was inviting at first site. The staff was friendly and professional. I felt I could move in right away. The apartments seemed to offer a great deal for the price and were close to shops and a grocery store.
