For an over 55 property, it was a new property and everything was clean and landscaped well. The Market Apartments were not inexpensive. If some one was income restricted, it was a great community.

This is a brand new senior apartment community. There isn't a lot of landscaping as yet. There is a pool table on the property as well as a fitness center, recreation room and business center. The model that I viewed was very nice. It looks like a good place for people over 55 years of age. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby.
